We offer marketing and search visibility reports, along with consulting services for repair shops and other local businesses. Some materials, including the audit report, are provided free of charge. Paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, position, traffic level, call volume, lead count, or revenue outcome.
Search engines, mapping services, and AI assistants control their own results using methods they do not disclose and change without notice. Nobody — us included — can promise a particular placement. Any examples, past results, or projections we share are illustrative and are not a promise of what your business will achieve. Results vary based on your market, competition, budget, the condition of your listings, and factors outside anyone's control.
About the audit and its data
The audit report is generated using third-party data sources and an embedded third-party tool. It reflects a snapshot at the time it runs. Search results change constantly and vary by the searcher's location, device, and history, so figures such as search volume, competitor position, and ranking are estimates rather than exact measurements.
We provide the report for informational purposes. You are responsible for your own business decisions, and we recommend you verify anything material before acting on it.
Third-party services
Our sites include tools and content operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, or practices. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Text messages and live chat
If you start a chat on our website and give us your phone number with consent, you agree to receive text messages and calls from Wrench Time Consultants at that number, including messages sent by automated means. These messages relate to your inquiry, scheduling, and our services.

- Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your mobile carrier.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can work with us without agreeing to text messages.
- To stop messages, reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP or email us.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. How we handle the information you give us in chat, including your phone number, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Fees and payment
Free materials carry no charge and no obligation. Paid services are billed as set out in your written agreement or invoice. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are due on receipt, and services may be paused for non-payment.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our sites, reports, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our sites will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of our sites or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to our services will not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you paid us nothing.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination
We may suspend or discontinue access to our sites or free materials at any time. Either party may end a paid engagement according to the terms of the applicable written agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
